For Patients 14 & Younger
  • 2 Routine exams per calendar year
  • 2 non-periodontal cleanings. (In absence of perio disease)
  • 1 set of diagnostic x-rays
  • 1 emergency exam
  • 1 panoramic x-ray every 3 years
  • Oral cancer screenings at every checkup
  • Does not include deep cleaning. Cannot be combined with any other offer or insurance.

Adult Membership

$299 /yr
Patients for age 14 and Older
